Tomasz is an attorney-at-law with extensive experience gained as a lawyer in various reputable law firms and as an in-house lawyer. He specializes in corporate law, new technology law and [regulatory] compliance issues. He has conducted numerous pre-transaction due diligence projects, projects aimed at implementing elements of compliance systems as well as audits of compliance with the requirements of personal data protection regulations. He has prepared and negotiated several hundred license, implementation and maintenance contracts for Business Intelligence IT solutions.

He has participated in many M&A transactions. He currently provides support in respect of all types of corporate projects (the creation, merger, division, transformation and liquidation of companies).

• The largest unlisted manufacturer of Business Intelligence software – ongoing advice in the field of license, implementation and maintenance contracts;

• Audits of compliance with the provisions on the protection of personal data and ongoing support in this regard for companies from various industries (the largest football club in Poland, a municipal transport company, a private transport company and others); and
